2. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy explains under what circumstances you may return products (including Vascovigor) purchased from our website, how to request a return or refund, and what to expect during the process. This policy applies to orders shipped to addresses within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout or in your order confirmation. For orders shipped to other countries, different terms or restrictions may apply; we will inform you at the time of order or in your confirmation where applicable.
3. Eligibility for returns and refunds
3.1 Unopened products
You may request a return and refund for unopened, unused products in their original packaging within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. The product must be in resalable condition. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and to refuse a refund if the product has been opened, used, damaged by you, or is not in its original packaging.
3.2 Opened or used products
Due to health and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of dietary supplements or similar products once the seal has been broken or the product has been used. If you believe you have received a defective product (e.g. damaged in transit, wrong item, or missing contents), please contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery with your order number and a description (and, if possible, photos) of the issue. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion where we determine that the product was defective or that an error was made on our part.
3.3 Exclusions
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:
- Products that have been opened, used, or are not in resalable condition (except as stated in section 3.2 for defective items).
- Returns requested after the applicable return window (30 days for unopened items, 14 days for defect claims, unless we specify a different period).
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or circumstances beyond our control after delivery.
- Any product that we are not able to resell for health, safety, or legal reasons.
4. How to request a return or refund
To request a return or refund:

- We will respond within a reasonable time (typically within 2–5 business days) and, if your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We will specify this in our response.
- Ship the product in accordance with our instructions. We recommend using a trackable method and retaining proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit until they are received at our facility.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund within a reasonable time (see section 5).
5. Refund process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise (e.g. store credit or a different payment method in exceptional cases). Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution; typically you will see the refund within 5–10 business days after we have processed it. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return was due to our error or a defective product. If you paid for shipping, that amount may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise required by law or our policy for that specific situation.
If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed that it was processed, please contact your bank or card issuer first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist where we can (e.g. providing proof of refund or investigating with our payment processor).
6. Replacements
If you received a wrong item, a defective product, or a product damaged in transit, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost instead of a refund. We will arrange for the replacement to be sent to you and may ask you to return the original item in accordance with the instructions we provide. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund including any shipping charges you paid for the original order, where the error or defect was on our side.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet shipped the order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may return it in accordance with this Return Policy once you receive it (subject to the eligibility criteria above).
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to limit or exclude your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your state or country. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory return or warranty rights (e.g. a "cooling-off" period or implied warranties), those rights remain unaffected.
